This past January, we got up with the members of Alter Bridge. This weekend everyone will see the interview with Mark Tremonti, the guitarist and founder of Alter Bridge and Creed. Mark is very talented and just a cool guy to talk to and hang out with backstage. We have two episodes and a third in the works.
In this weekend's episode, Mark talks gear, his guitars, pedals, amps, strings you name it. He then sits down backstage and plays a few licks and explains them to you. This program will feature Rusty giving you his regular extraordinary guitar lesson and you get an added bonus with Mark Tremonti. We've also included some sound check footage too. Don't forget Guitar Tech Guru Mike Nedd, it gives you tips on keeping those electronics in top shape!
We are working on part 2 of our Alter Bridge show with a separate episode featuring Myles Kennedy, the extraordinary voice behind Alter Bridge (hey, Mark's got a great voice too, listen to the ABIII album and you'll know what we're talking about). Myles will walk you through his gear and sit down with Rusty to talk about inspirations and songwriting. And Myles is one heck of a guitar player, Slash should be worried. Both of these episodes should be on your 'Don't Wanna Miss' list.
These episodes will not be airing back to back as we got another great guest next week! So stay tuned, both your TV and your guitar!
