The new album from Better Left Unsaid will launch the label officially. ‘Only The Dead To Witness’ will be released digitally and in stores everywhere June 8th. “We wanted an album that best represented who and what we are as musicians, our influences, and most importantly the type of music we create together. None of us settled, each of us sacrificed, and in the end we have an album we are all very proud of.” Terry added. A new song from the album “Reaper of Malice” can be heard on the band’s myspace music player up above.
Better Left Unsaid's new video for 'To the Last Man' plays out like an apocalyptic, big-screen blockbuster. It feels like a mini movie instead of just a music video. It follows someone who looks like a survivalist or the last man on earth, as he stumbles upon a shack in a grassy, deserted field and finds the band playing inside. But there's a whole lot more going on, which you will discover as you watch Noisecreep's exclusive premiere of the clip.
The scenes are of course accompanied by the band's music, which is aggressive and bold enough to accompany what feels like the end of the world.
"We wanted to capture the album concept in a video, and the song, 'To the Last Man,' really spoke to the overall concept," Better Left Unsaid told Noisecreep. "Danny 'Dano' Lemm from the band the Athiarchists is the main character. He did an amazing job, and we can't thank him enough for his performance."
'To the Last Man' is Better Left Unsaid's second video with Zach Voytas, who they deem "an incredible talent" with "an amazing work ethic. He really captured what we were looking for in more ways than one." The clip was shot in the garage and on the surrounding property of a family friend in Hickman, Calif.
While the original plan was to shoot in railroad containers, which are also shown in the video, the band and director went off course, and with good reason. "When picking up items for the video shoot, we noticed the garage," the band said. "Needless to say, it was perfect and we could have not been happier."
This band's guitar players each use Rusty Cooley's RC7, now that's what we call a double dose of insane 7 string ammunition, something no one can survive!
