Roxy Taylor Reporting - @RoxyTaylor24 on Twitter

Hey, hey, hey – Roxy Taylor here bringing you another added feature to the Rusty Cooley’s Guitar Asylum TV onslaught of all things guitar. My job is to bring you insight from behind the scenes reporting of what happens when the GATV crew invades the venues of Houston, Texas and the rest of this planet. That's me in the photo on the right with Brendan Benson of The Raconteurs.

The ‘Crew’ has been busy filming the incredible guitarists from metal, rock, country, blues and jazz to name a few. Let me introduce to you the ‘Crew’: First up is of course the most awesome supershredder to make guitar playing beyond the reaches of the solar system – THE Rusty Cooley. He is one of the top five fastest shredders in the world and he makes it look easy! Rusty is interviewing all of your favorite guitarists as well as all the up and coming new guitar slingers that are making big waves in the guitar world. On the television show, Rusty will also show you licks, riffs and even guitar basics to help make you a better player! He always tells me, practice, practice, practice!

Next up is our film director, Eddie Middleton (Twitter @ZombieMediaTV). He is a horror film buff and loves metal, but indulges in all forms of music. He is very creative and not only is directing each episode of Rusty Cooley’s Guitar Asylum TV, he will also be directing and writing the new music videos of Rusty Cooley’s new band, Day of Reckoning. Eddie has a film degree and has worked as news director for NBC out of Richmond, Virginia. His keen eye and vision of film is like no other and we put him on par with the likes of Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez with a little of John Woo thrown in for good measure. He also loves the work of the famous Godfather of Gore, Herschell Gordon Lewis. As fast as Rusty Cooley plays, there has to be blood coming from somewhere.

Then we have Dr. B. He is the Executive Producer and creator of Rusty Cooley’s Guitar Asylum TV. He IS management. A guy who never stops working and pushes until there is nothing left to push. I don’t think he ever sleeps or takes a vacation. Dr. B has been in film and television for over 6 years and is nothing but a visionary. He won’t take credit for it as he gives much credit to Eddie Middleton as both of them are a brainstorming hurricane when sitting in the same room. He believes in the talented people around him, of course that being Rusty Cooley, Eddie Middleton, Sebastian Van Cooley and the incredibly awesome Roxy Taylor, oh that’s me!

Now, Sebastian Van Cooley. He’s a metal drummer and will be reporting on all things drums. Sebastian will be interviewing the awesome drummers. He did an exclusive interview with George Kollias of Nile, which I must say is just awesome and amazing! George drums at 280 beats a minute, enough to make your brain scramble and we got film footage of the super fast double pedal feet! Sebastian is also a mosh pit expert, so be careful if he is standing next you. Medical insurance required!

That's the filming and reporting team. We have others behind the scenes and their all cool too!

I'm Roxy Taylor of Rusty Cooley's Guitar Asylum TV - The Craziest Place on Earth for the Musically Insane!  \m/\m/
