UN-planned exercise

We looked into the mirror and we wished that our bodies were in better shapes and hoped that through some sort of miracles, we were as fit as those we watched in the biggest loser, per se.

But too often, we let our minds dragged us to laziness and became bigger as a result.

This morning, I had to climb the stairs because the lift was not working. A month ago, the same thing happened and I had to go all the way 'till the 11th floor.I was exhausted.

Surprisingly, this morning when the same thing happened, I felt quite relax.

See, kids...this week I have been working out-I was deeply moved by the conversation I had with a friend (he was quite a large man before, a couple of years ago-and he decided to change that by cycling. His waist went smaller from 38inch to 30!) and he told me also that he wanted to enjoy life, therefore he needed his body to be maintained well so that he could still enjoy it when he's turned 40 and above.

I then, took up walking, wall climbing, weight lifting, futsal and today, climbed the stairs!

Thank God.
