Believe it or not newcomer Simran Kaur Mundi's real life story sounds very much like a Bollywood film. The pretty lass, who makes her debut with upcoming film JO HUM CHAHEIN, we hear, before being a part of glamour industry i.e. even before winning the Miss India/ Universe 2008 pageant used to work at a multiplex. Her job was to organize tickets for the topnotch people of Bollywood.
It is being said that after doing her MBA, Simran was keen to do a corporate job and immediately grabbed an opportunity to work as a guest relation manager with a suburban multiplex.
However, the thought of getting into films never crossed Simran's mind while organizing tickets for the A-listers of Bollywood, from actors to directors to producers. Until of course makeup gurus Bharat & Doriss spotted her on one of their visits to the multiplex and offered her ticket to the beauty pageant.
After winning the crown Simran eventually bagged JO HUM CHAHEIN, produced by Aman Gill. However the story just doesn't end here. The leggy beauty was highly surprised when she came to know that Aman, who shortlisted her for the film, is the same producer who used to call her for tickets.
