Stress is something normal in everyone's life. Every once in a while, we feel pressured because of works, family issues, relationship issues, debts, this, that and so on.

I am not the best example to follow on my methods when it comes to dealing with stress.
But I guess, I just want to ask you guys, how do you handle your stress? I need help how to handle them because the past few weeks have been really stressful.
And I couldn't sleep well. Couldn't get my head to focus.
