What should women not wear in bed?

Find out which elements disturb men even before intercourse begins.
Her lip gloss is so sticky it feels like kissing glue

It is clear that girls want to look beautiful, but we prefer it even more if other people notice our beauty as well. When you are in bed, my dear ladies, skip moistening your lips with lip gloss, which will soon disappear from your lips anyway. Some types of lip gloss not only taste badly, they can also be sticky, which can be very unpleasant, particularly for men, who usually wear nothing on their lips. I suggest you use Labello instead of shiny lip gloss. It will moisten your lips and your man will not protest because of it as well.
Her perfume is so strong you could scent the whole town with it

Even though you may not feel how strong the perfume you are wearing is, do not go overboard by spraying it all over your body. Perhaps just a drop here and there, so that only the person who is a few inches away from you can sense it and not so that your neighbour can smell it through an open window. It can also happen that your partner does not like your perfume, or even hates it, so it is best to stick to the slogan: less is more.
When she rubs body oil on her body, she is so slippery that I cannot even grab hold of her.

Even though your skin is dry and you want to smell nice, it would be best not to use oil, at least before going to bed. Oil can be very slippery because it is not absorbed as quickly as body milk, for example. If you decide to rub anything on your body, it might be better to use cream or body milk. Your partner will surely be grateful.
Her makeup is everywhere, on me and on the sheets I just changed yesterday

Another female thing when it comes to beauty is going to bed with their makeup still on. This is not annoying only because it tastes bad when your partner wants to kiss you, but wearing makeup in bed also harms the skin because it absorbs everything, especially at night. Also remember that makeup leaves traces and this is not very nice for fresh sheets. If there is no other way, at least choose cosmetic products that are more durable and do not leave stubborn stains.

Age determines what turns you on sexually

Here's what gets you in the mood as you get older!

Sexy text messages or phone calls can get young people in the mood for sex while dinner and wine are real turn-ons for the elderly, a new survey has revealed.

In the survey by Fitness Magazine and Yahoo! Shine, some 22 percent of men and women between the ages of 18 and 34 admitted their biggest turn-on is a naughty message or call.

But only 12 percent of men and women ages 35 to 64 agree to this.

Among that crowd, about 25 percent said dinner and wine makes for the perfect aphrodisiac, the New York Daily News reported.

Only a small fraction of men and women of all ages -- about 5 percent -- stated exercise makes them want to work out between the sheets, while about 20 percent said a sexy movie turns them on the most.

And lots of women respond to a man who says what they want to hear. Some 44 percent of women said a simple "I love you" gets them in the mood.

Best Positions To Get Pregnant Quickly

In plenty of cases, as when nature requires a boost, a little push from you and your partner can be quite useful when it comes to getting pregnant. With regard to the best position to get pregnant, the general rule of thumb is that the male sperm must be deposited as near to the female cervix as possible. This is basically about the life spans of the female egg and the male sperm. It is worthwhile pointing that once an egg is released from the ovary – a stage commonly known as ovulation – it starts its path down the fallopian tube to the uterus. A released egg generally survives for only 24 hours, while a sperm can last anywhere from three to five days in the female body. As such, the egg has to be as close to the egg as possible so they can meet and join before the egg dies. While not a lot of people will agree that the sexual positions have anything to do with getting pregnant, fact of the matter is that it makes sense to assume the position that can help the sperm meet the egg in the shortest possible time.
This is especially the case for couples who have problems conceiving.  Make sure that you avoid positions that least expose the cervix to the male sperm, and that generally defy gravity like sex while standing up, sitting down, or with the woman on top. When trying to conceive, it is advisable to to limit the sperm amount that flows back out of the vagina.
Furthermore, the woman’s hips should also be positioned in such a way that the sperm released is kept inside, giving it enough time to swim up to the female cervix.
1. The missionary position. Or man-on-top is said to be the position that’s best for getting pregnant. This is because of the fact that this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix.
2. Raise the hips. Elevating the hips, which can be implemented by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.
3. Doggy-style. The rear-entry position where the man enters the woman from behind is also a recommended position. In this position, sperm is also deposited closest to the cervix, thereby helping increase the chances of conception.

Jump over these sex hurdles

Two common sex dampeners solved.

Smelly feet, smelly breath, smelly... well, anything smelly-yours or your partner's-can be a dampener to enjoying sex. It's a common complaint and one that can be quite easily overcome. Don't get me wrong here. All bodies emit a natural odour, which when fresh is not offensive at all. It is only when it gets stale that it gets smelly and can be off-putting.

Your own freshness you can regulate, but when it comes to your partner, it can be quite a delicate topic to broach and requires some tact. One way could be to remark on how a freshly washed body smells so wonderfully sexy, or to bestow a few kisses just after your partner has had a wash, or to get some new products-foot gel, toothpaste, whatever-and encourage your partner to use them.

Another common dampener is lack of privacy, especially if living with parents or kids. Finding a way around it requires commitment from both partners. Make time for just the two of you to reconnect. It could be a walk, or a cup of coffee, or a drive. This is not about making out in the car. It's about making space and time to focus only on each other. The sex will follow.

And actually, the very act itself does not take much time. What happens is that the desire is lost because you are both so distracted by the others around you that you are unable to connect with each other, and sometimes even with your own self. Not in the mood? Try cuddling-it's a non-demanding way to connect and show love and it's good for your blood pressure too!

The seven best sex tricks

Because it'd been a while since we'd heard about any wild, worthy sex moves, we came up with a delicious idea: Have seven pleasure experts each invent an amazing, advanced-lovers-only trick.

Check out which move we crowned as the winner.

Having a ball
How to do it: Lie back on a large exercise ball (or beach ball), your legs spread, feet flat on the ground, head arched upward, and fingers reaching towards the floor for support. Have your guy kneel between your legs and enter you. He can continue kneeling while holding your hips as he thrusts or he can stretch his body over yours and support himself with his hands on the floor in a push-up position. Grab his butt and draw him into you or keep your hands on the floor for balance as he moves in and out.

Why he'll love it: The exercise ball will roll out from under you if he thrusts too hard or too fast, so your workout partner has to restrain his motions-no wild bucking-which will keep his desire on a slow, superhot boil. Also, maintaining your balance will force you to tilt your pelvis upward slightly, so he'll experience intensely deep penetration.

How to do it: Once your man becomes aroused, don't move on to intercourse. Your goal is to reach peak using his unit as your personal sex toy. A few ways to do this: Get in the woman-on-top position, but instead of letting him enter you, slide up and down along his shaft. Or lie side by side, take his penis in your hand, and stimulate your clitoris with the head. Then, when you're on the brink of a big O, let him know...Your motions will have revved him up so much, he'll be able to let go at the same time you do.

Why he'll love it: Guys dream of being used as a sex object, and now that fantasy will come true. The constant stimulation of your hottest body zone touching his, plus the sight of you teasing and pleasing yourself, will set him up for a turbocharged orgasm in tandem with yours. Guys are visual creatures, and this position will maximise his pleasure in the sack. Try it and you'll thank us later.

How to do it: Greet your man while wearing a pair of fishnet stockings, then seductively strip them off and slip the stockings over one hand. After rubbing a few drops of lubricant onto his penis, make a loose fist with the netted hand and glide it against the crown, the ridge where the shaft of his member meets the head. As he gets worked up, add more lubricant (otherwise the fishnets could chafe him). Bring him to climax with quick back-and-forth motions around his crown while pumping your bare fist up and down his shaft.

Why he'll love it: While your bare hand will feel smooth against his shaft, the ribbed fishnets will create a slightly rougher sensation on his ultrasensitive crown, something he's probably never experienced before. Plus, the idea of having such a naughty, bad-girl garment against his privates will push him over the edge. Every time he looks down and sees what you're doing, he'll remember that they're the same sexy fishnets that covered your legs just a few minutes ago.

How to do it: Ask your guy to lie back comfortably on the bed, then take a can of whipped cream and spray him from his navel to his upper thighs (you may want to lay a towel underneath him first). Begin slowly licking the cream off the body areas above and below his package. After each lick, make sure you alternate between kissing his mouth with your lips covered in whipped cream and bringing your mouth back below his belt. Slowly lick all of it off his body...except the cream directly covering his penis and testicles. Not until he's aching should you finally indulge him with the mouth action he's probably dying to get by now.

Why he'll love it: Your hot tongue licking the cool whipped cream around his package will create intense teasing and titillating sensations yet leave him longing for more. Each time you switch to kissing his lips, he'll be desperate to feel your tongue on his southern hemisphere again. Also, sharing a kiss when he's so aroused creates a sense of intimacy that pumps his libido even higher. Who knew whipped cream could be the perfect icing for hot sex as well?

How to do it: Get in the doggie-style position-you on your knees and your guy kneeling behind you. He should then wrap a wide towel under your hips, holding both ends in his hands so he can lift your hips and butt higher and control both of your motions as he thrusts in and out. Make sure that while this all sounds great you must have all your props ready so you don't kill the mood by fishing around for things midway.

Why he'll love it: By using this makeshift sex sling, he has extra leverage to control the angle and the depth of his pen-etration as well as the pace of his thrusting…unleashing his primal urge to be in charge of the action. It will give him the deepest penetration possible, top-to-bottom penis stimulation, and the excitement of sexual conquest.

Do men enjoy sex more than women?

It has been claimed that women like sex less than men.

Even if we look back to a time when women who had sex out of wedlock tended to keep quiet about it, there was no indication that women couldn't and didn't enjoy making love.

Female body is built for pleasure: there are thousands of nerve endings in the female sexual organs that allow women to have multiple orgasms in the way men simply cannot. So, as the saying goes, what's not to like?

Women can enjoy sex just as much as men.

It often appears to be the case that women like sex less than men, many of whom seem to be driven to the most reckless acts by their libido.

Why else would so many men risk their families and happiness for the sake of what is so often meaningless adulterous sex? Cliche though it is, women like sex to have some meaning, and to be an expression of intimacy.

We therefore find it more difficult to divorce sex from friendship or love. Women are driven by a different imperative, not by our libidos, to the extent that they're willing to make fools of themselves to satisfy men.

Once women have children, they are generally too exhausted to think about sex, let alone contemplate a steamy session after a cosy night in watching Downton Abbey.

Most of my middle-aged female friends would be quite happy not to see a naked man again.

Now all this is not to say women don't like sex when the time is right. Female tend to love sex when they're geared up for it - fragrant, waxed and secure in the knowledge their underwear is decent.

But how often is that? Even with their beloved husbands, most of my happily married friends dread the wandering hand while they are reading a gripping book in bed and contemplating a good night's sleep.

This doesn't mean women dislike sex, but they want it on dignified terms when they have the time, energy and inclination for it.

Enjoy sex at every age

A sparkling sex life is something we'd all like to have, regardless of age. When sex is less than satisfying, it's easy to point the finger at work, money, family and a million other factors that combine to make it less important and, thus, less fulfilling. But as today's leading physicians and sex researchers are discovering, the link between female libido and the constantly fluctuating hormones produced by the ovaries is profound. Find out how controlling your body's unique balance can make a big difference to your sex life.

In your 20s
The advantages
A dazzling time to do it: "At this age, oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone are at their highest levels," says Laura Berman, PhD, the author of Loving Sex: The Book of Joy and Passion. This biological bounce is an opportunity for great loving-and babies too. Because hormones surge just before ovulation, women are more likely to fantasise about and initiate sex during this two to four day window, according to studies.

The challenges
A need for more roar-gasms: According to the 2010 National Survey of Sexual Health and Behaviour, 20-somethings are less orgasmic than older women. "Despite the hormone swirl, women in their 20s may not yet have the confidence to ask for what they want in bed, so they're less satisfied," says Christiane Northrup, MD, the author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom.

A sex-drive stopper: A recent study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine confirms that the Pill, a 20-something birth control favourite, actually causes a decrease in sex hormones, especially testosterone.

In your 30s
The advantages
Prime time: "A woman in her 30s may well find herself at an emotional sexual peak. She's clear about what she wants, what gives her pleasure and what does not," says Varkha Chulani, Mumbai-based clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. This, despite the fact that her oestrogen, progesterone, and testosterone begin to fluctuate and drop during this decade. More good news: Studies have shown that as women age, they become less anxious about their physical 'flaws', which helps when one is baring all in the bedroom. The key is to think of yourself as a sexy, attractive woman, regardless of hormone tempo."

The challenges
Mommy madness: After childbirth, testosterone dips, and in nursing moms, the hormone prolactin can suppress ovulation, and the production of oestrogen and progesterone. Result? Sex is a big fat snore. Try masturbation. Regardless of age, just using your equipment will turn on your equipment, which will in turn improve circulation and help balance your hormones.

In your 40s
The advantages
Call of the cougar: As a new study conducted at the University of Texas at Austin posits, female sex drive may actually increase as a woman's sex hormones and fertility decrease. "Women with declining fertility think more about sex, have more frequent and intense sexual fantasies, are more willing to engage in sexual intercourse, and report actually engaging in sexual intercourse more frequently than women of other age groups," say the study authors. It seemed surprising to many when the findings were announced, but the researchers have an explanation. They theorise that our female ancestors were so accustomed to losing children to disease, war, or starvation that they evolved to crave more sex-at a relatively advanced age-to produce more babies.

The challenges
The perils of perimenopause: "By 40," says Glenn D Braunstein, MD, an department of medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, "a woman's testosterone levels will be about half the level they were at 25." And yes, that drop certainly affects libido. For the average woman who enters peri-menopause (defined as the four or so years leading up to her final period) in her late 40s, fluctuating oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone levels may put a dampener on bedroom bliss. Irregular periods and even her first hot flushes may appear. To smooth things out, Dr Sujata Datta, consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, Fortis Hospitals, Kolkata, prescribes local oestrogen creams and applicants. (Oestrogens that are applied locally to the vagina are widely believed to be safer than oral oestrogens, which carry some cancer risks.) "These are especially helpful in tackling vaginal dryness and discomfort by improving lubrication- and therefore, pleasure," she adds.

Another bummer: Fear of an unwanted, late-age pregnancy. Because, underlying health conditions such as hypertension may demand a switch from contraceptive pills, IUD may be a safer option at this age, adds Datta.

In your 50s
The advantages
With maturity, expertise: As author Gail Sheehy wrote in her classic book on ageing, Sex and the Seasoned Woman: "The middle years, between 50 and 65, constitute the apex of adult life… For women, the passage to be made is from pleasing to mastery." Indeed, the National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior, US, found that 71% of 50-somethings surveyed-more than any other age group-said their last sexual experience resulted in an orgasm. Think the statistics is alien? Hear out Dr Puneet Dwivedi, consutant psychiatrist, Max Healthcare, New Delhi. "As long as a woman is physically healthy and active, there's no stopping an orgasm. That menopause marks the death of sex life is an orthodox social myth," he explains. So good sex is about overcoming this mental block. "In fact, monogamy involving love and care may actually lead to a better sexual bonding as you and your partner reap the benefits of years of togetherness," adds Chulani.

The challenges
Manipulating menopause: Because of dramatically reduced testosterone and virtually non-existent oestrogen, sex drive drops. But there are options if you want to rev things up: Many women try menopausal hormone therapy, MHT (formerly called hormone replacement therapy, or HRT), which involves taking oestrogen and progestin (or oestrogen alone) to relieve vaginal dryness and hot flushes and reduce bone loss. MHT is controversial, not only because studies show it can increase women's risk of strokes, heart attacks, and breast cancer, but also because some forms can sap testosterone, causing libido to wane even more.

Pesky pounds: The more body fat you have, the less libido-boosting 'free-floating' testosterone you have. If you're obese, losing 10% of your total weight can do wonders for your sex drive, found researchers at Duke University Medical Center. Multiple studies have also shown that after just 20 minutes of exercise, blood flow to the genitals increases, resulting in more lubrication, better arousal and better orgasms.

Women have more sexual fantasies when they're ovulating

Women have more sexual fantasies during the fertile periods of the month, says a new study.

Researchers at the University of Lethbridge have found that single women experience more sexual fantasies on average during the most fertile part of their menstrual cycles compared to the rest of the month.

"I wanted to study fantasies because they are not constrained by the presence or absence of a partner, so the increase in fantasies and also the increase in how arousing those fantasies were is a reflection of this increased interest in sex mid cycle," the 'Daily Mail' quoted Samantha Dawson, who led the study, as saying.

For their study, the researchers analysed 27 heterosexual women aged between 18 and 30 who were not in a relationship or on hormonal birth control. Each was asked to fill in a daily online diary about their sexual fantasies for one month.

They worked out the 10-day window when each woman was most fertile by counting back from their last periods. During this window the women took a urine test that detected the exact day of ovulation (when an egg is released from one of the ovaries ready to be fertilised).

When analysing the results, they found women reported an average 0.77 fantasies a day. However, during the three days around ovulation this increased to 1.3 per day and the fantasies involved a higher proportion of men.

"Women prefer someone whom they are able to receive genes from -- hence why the number of men in the fantasies increases at ovulation," Dawson said. .

The women were also more likely to focus on the emotional content of their fantasy during their fertile period rather than the visual, which is seen as more of a male characteristic, the study revealed.

Writing in the 'Archives of Sexual Behaviour' journal, Dawson concluded: "Sexual fantasies were significantly more frequent during ovulation than during non-fertile phases.

These results support other research that has suggested that peak fertility coincides with increased sexual desires, arousability, and sexual motivation in women."

Get what you really want in bed

"When you aren't getting the sex you want, what do you do about it? According to hundreds of women I've interviewed over the years, the answer is anything that doesn't actually involve asking for it. Instead, we collect tricks and techniques from experts and friends-and then we'll try anything from non-verbal sexual feedback meant to flatter his unconscious, to manipulative mind games that are meant to 'train' him. But why make the process so complicated? Simply telling him what you like and where you like it is a huge turn-on for most men. What they're after is great sex-and what's more, they're desperate to know how to give it to you, too.

Sounds simple enough. The problem is, it seems that 'asking for it' is one box on the how-to-getwhat-you-want checklist that remains sheepishly unticked by many of us. But no matter how uncomfortable and awkward it seems, we have to find our voices because, when it comes to communicating with men, it's the most effective tool we have. Want to know the reason why? Read on to know more..."

Most sex-talk issues fall into one of these four categories:
  • Being afraid to say what you want.
  • Thinking that you shouldn't have to say it-he should just know.
  • Saying it, and then feeling frustrated when nothing changes.
  • Feeling confused as to what you want in the first place. If one of these sounds like you, here's my take on how to get the sex you want...

"I'm afraid to say it"
This is by far the biggest reason we don't speak up. You need to work out just what's driving that fear...
Fear of looking stupid:
It's uncomfortable to put sex into words because it's not something we do daily. We worry that we're going to sound like cheap porn, but that's actually a great place to start. Imagine that you're doing a porn voice-over- say the words out loud to yourself, but really go for it. You'll only feel silly at first. Then, have a go at whatever it is you really want to say-it won't sound half as bad. Men get extremely turned on when women talk dirty. It reassures them you want to have sex, so you're already onto a winner.

Fear of upsetting him: I know how fragile our sexual egos can be, but I'm surprised by how robust men are about sex, because, ultimately, he just wants good sex. Asking him to stop, start or change something in the bedroom doesn't have to be criticism-it's direction. And as long as it sounds inviting, he'll love it. Men repeatedly say how much they love sex with women who know what they want and aren't afraid to ask for it.

Fear of making him angry: Some people can react angrily to feeling criticised, embarrassed or insecure, but if you approach them with respect and care he'll have nothing to react to. If, however, you're feeling angry with him, those negative vibes will leak into everything you say, whether you mean them to or not. So, take the sex talk out of the bedroom and onto neutral ground. Try to be honest about how it is for you, without pointing the finger, and the give him the chance to do the same. Sex mirrors the quality of your relationship. Improve one and you'll improve both.

Fear of being judged: If this is your fear, you're probably judging yourself. Social norms are narrow when it comes to sex, and everything outside of them is often considered weird or fetishistic. You can't help what turns you on. And unless you're putting yourself or someone else in danger, you've nothing to judge yourself for-and neither does anyone else.

"I shouldn't have to say it"
Come on, the bedroom's no place for tantrums. You're frustrated, you think you've tried everything, and you're furious he hasn't picked up on any of it. You're angry because he's forcing you into the mightily uncomfortable position of having to say what you want. "If he really cared, he'd know" is a cop-out that's only going to take you further away from the sex you want. Most men have no difficulty saying what they want-and how, when, where and in which position- so they don't get why it's so tricky for us. Take a deep breath and dive back in. One last try and you could be blissing out in his arms.

"I've tried saying it but nothing's changed"
Not all those who dare win. Sadly. When we've found the courage to say what we want, then had to say it again and again with little or no result, it's either time to give up or get out or start saying something differently. If the relationship is new, his 'not hearing' could be a big red warning flag, or maybe you haven't learnt to speak each other's language yet. Next time, tell him in very simple terms.

If he still doesn't listen, you might have to consider your options. If he won't give a little in bed, what are the chances of him making room for your needs in the rest of the relationship? If you have a long-term partner and have recently found your voice only to find that he's not listening anyway, don't give up. Tread carefully around his fragile ego and use positive, upbeat language. If you've tried all that and he still doesn't seem to care, you know he's selfish-what you do about that is up to you.

"What if I don't know what I want?"
If you're still fairly new to sex you've got a whole world to uncover. Finding out what you want in bed is like discovering which foods you like from hundreds of new tastes. Your palate will grow with experience. Meanwhile, speaking up about the things we don't want is just as important, if not more so, because it includes saying no.

Super tricks to get intimate

Okay, we are not talking about your relationship with your BF. And we're are not being sarcastic about your mother-in-law. And, we are not sugar coating a vagina monologue. We are talking about one of the most important relationships a girl has in her life. It's the one with her weighing scale. I bet women think about their weight a lot more than men think about sex. I know I do. But that's because I am a serial dieter. I think about my weight a lot. And it pretty much defines everything I do, from what I do at work, to who I flirt with at a party.

Your see, our weight is closely connected with confidence and how we feel about ourselves. That tiny stupid machine has such a disproportionately large power over me, it's ridiculous. The day it wakes up in a bad mood everything goes wrong. So here's how to keep things hot and sexy with your weighing scale...

Cheat a little
Cheat on your diet, not with chocolate cake (we should all be so lucky), but with another diet. And while you're at it, cheat on your workout too, not by cuddling with a duvet, but with another workout. Spicing things up keeps the body on its toes. Your body doesn't know how to react, and this helps it cut weight. When you are on the same diet or workout regime for a long time, your body gets used to it and, over time, refuses to shed those kilos. Cheating on your regular routine shocks the body and gives better results.

Size so does matter
Size definitely matters, but for this relationship, we prefer it small. Small is good. Small works. Portion control means you don't deny yourself any food, but you restrict quantity. The easiest way to do that is to have a no-seconds rules. No matter what. And eat from a smaller plate, so the plate looks full but there is less food on it. Do the listening when you are waiting for your food and do the talking when the food arrives. When you do the talking, you have to take long breaks between bites.

One intimate moment a day
Meet your weighing scale at least once a day. Take your time. Get undressed luxuriously. Pray a little for all your previous night's sins and hop on. And listen to your scale. It speaks the truth.

Send a naughty sms
Well, 'naughty' was just to get your attention. But find a diet buddy and send her your weight on a strict daily basis. That way, someone else is in charge of ensuring you are getting on that scale. Choose someone who will take her task seriously. That way, you will ensure you are communicating with your scale daily.

Say no to orgies
Buffet is a food orgy. Too many cuisines. Too much choice. No rules on helpings, plates or portions. This is a total no-no. Always order a la carte. One dish. One choice. One portion. Be faithful to your plate.

Fantasise
Fantasise about food. Imagine that dark chocolate melting in your mouth. Taste it in your fantasy and then drop it. Fantasies have no calories.

Get the hot LBD

Having a clear target like a hot dress to fit into for D-Day is a great way to stay on focus. Try it on. Swirl in it, twirl in it. Take a picture of it. Make it larger-than-life in your head. Know that it will look hotter a couple of kilos down.

Never do it on the dining table
Skipping dinner is a good way to compensate for other excesses through the day. So when in doubt, just don't come down for dinner. Don't sit at the dining table. Don't let your body prepare itself for dinner. Just ignore the meal altogether.

But do it in the open
Talk about your weight and your weight-loss plan. Don't be shy. It's impossible to diet in secret. And the more people you tell, the more food police you will have monitoring your efforts. So tell your friends, family, even that nosey neighbour. Yes, all that attention to your weight can be very irritating and intrusive, but it's highly effective.

Try a menage a trois
Say yes to a threesome. No, not the one involving two hot six-pack six-footers, but sandwich work outs. Where you basically sandwich an intensive set between two lighter sets. For example, you walk 200 metres, run 100 metres, and then walk 200 metres again. Then repeat the cycle. It's called interval training and is great for weight loss. As you get fitter, sandwich the walk between two runs.

Buy Kalli's Book
Self-diagnosed chocoholic and serial dieter, Kalli Purie has stopped dieting long enough to write her first book, Confessions of a Serial Dieter, `250 (from HarperCollins India).

Pillow talk as important as sex

Men, please note -- pillow talk after a passionate night does matter to ladies. In fact, it's as important for a healthy relationship as sex.

Researchers at the University of Michigan have carried out the study and found that women whose partners nod off to sleep after being intimate are actually left feeling insecure and wanting attention.

The study has found that cuddling and talking after sex is a crucial way for a couple to express their commitment to each other, the 'Daily Mail' newspaper reported.

The researchers have based their findings on an analysis of 456 people who were surveyed for the study.

Lead researcher Dr Daniel Kruger said that the study of couples' sleeping patterns found men often fell asleep first.

Dr Kruger said: "When their partner feel asleep first, they craved that bonding time, for expressions of affection and endearment, and felt it was lacking. "A woman could be pregnant. Although with contraception that may not be the case anymore, we still have this psychology, and the post-coital time is when the couple makes promises to each other and establish commitment.  "The time couples spend together after sex might be as important as what happens before it in terms of building the relationship yet it has rarely been studied."

The researchers claim that men may have developed a tendency to fall asleep first to avoid any conversations about commitment.

"For men, in evolutionary terms there's more of an incentive to have other sexual partners to advance their reproductive success whereas for women there is more incentive to secure the relationship," he said.

The findings have been published in the 'Journal of Social, Evolutionary and Cultural Psychology'.

I am happy with my life: Jennifer Aniston

Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston insists she is loving life and is enjoying her forties.

"Whatever angst-y times I have had was after my fame, which we know was after 22. When I was 22, I was having a ball. Being this side of 40 feels like what I should have felt being this side of 25 in my body, in my heart, happy with my life, and OK with whatever bumps in the road present themselves," Aniston said.

The 43-year-old actress also dismissed reports that she is planning to marry boyfriend Justin Theroux soon, reported Showbizspy.

"I am not getting married yet... It's too early to talk about that," she said.

Sex moves to drive him crazy

Think of the naughtiest trick you've ever tried in bed. Now imagine bumping up the intensity so that it was even ballsier. Pretty. Freakin'. Hot. That's the idea behind our dirty wicked moves that go from kinda kinky to beyond bad girl. Bonus: besides providing variety, this mix actually will enhance your pleasure. Physical sensations become less thrilling when you repeat a routine too often, even if it seems pretty daring.

Try a bit of bondage
Getting tied up instantly boosts the sexual energy because it brings in the element of vulnerability. When you're bound, you're completely at the mercy of your partner's urges, which is exciting. Plus, you can focus entirely on being pleasured since you're not able to reciprocate.

Naughty move: Lie on the bed with your hands tied together, and let him devour you. Have him start with a tease by holding his first and second fingers in a V, placing them on either side of your clitoris, and massaging in a scissoring motion. Then he can use side-to-side motions with his tongue to get you really worked up.

Even naughtier move: Have him tie your hands with a scarf and hang them on a hook on his door before he tantalises you with oral. Since you'll feel totally like his sex toy, you can add to the arousal of being restrained by begging him to "release" you and let you orgasm. Playing up that he's in control and responsible for getting you off is a huge turn-on.

Much of arousal is driven by what we see-especially for guys. Many men love watching a woman get turned on. It lets them know what gets her going and makes them feel like they're doing something illicit by just sitting back and enjoying the show.

Naughty move: On a night your guy is coming over to hang out, masturbate alone just before you're going to see him, but don't let yourself climax. To bring yourself right to the edge without going over, close your eyes and imagine your guy's lips taking the place of your hand. Squeeze your PC muscles for a count of five as you massage your clitoris, then stop moving. Stay naked until he shows up, and let him see the flush that naturally spreads over your body as you near orgasm.

Even naughtier move: Before a date, entice your guy over to your place early, and let him watch you masturbate before you leave for the evening, telling him he can have his turn later. He'll think it's hot to get this intimate peek, which allows his own arousal to surge. Don't let him interrupt. Instead, tell him you expect him to finish where you left off when you get home.

Handle his package
Usually for foreplay, you touch him so he's hard, but stroking him until he climaxes is rarely the main event. Once a couple start having sex, hand jobs stop! Manhandling him will show your dirty desire.

Naughty move: Surprise him with a hand job when he least expects it. While he's chilling on the couch, cuddle up next to him, trail your fingers down his chest, and unbutton his pants. As you grab him, whisper that you're doing all the work this time.

Even naughtier move: Don't only shock him with sexy stroking-also do it when he can't possibly react the way he wants to. The next time he's on the phone, come up behind him, unzip, and go to work.

When you pretend you're someone else, you completely change the rules. For one, you both naturally become much more daring as you act. Also, you have to be creative to play the part, and that means coming up with all sorts of naughty things your character might be into.

Naughty move: Pretend you and your guy are complete strangers. Set up a time for both of you to be at the same bar, and play out the scenario like you're meeting for the first time. Before you approach him, flirt with a few guys (totally innocently). Then make your way over to him, and introduce yourself as whomever you want to be. After a bit of small talk, tell him you want him to come home with you.

Even naughtier move: Role-play that one of you is inexperienced and needs sex lessons. Have the novice write down what they want to learn.

Test-drive twisty, torrid positions
Nothing screams naughty like providing a view and finding new angles neither of you is used to. One tip: Do it in various parts of your house, because it'll force you to accommodate your positions to the different obstacles.

Naughty move: Take the action to the couch. Have him stand up and enter you from behind as you kneel on the cushions. There's something hot about standing-up sex, and doing it in a semipublic room makes it feel taboo. You can deepen the penetration by lifting one leg so that your foot is flat on the seat of the couch and you're leaning back against his chest.

Even naughtier move: Stay true to the purpose of a couch: Tell him to sit back and enjoy the show. Only this time, it's not the TV he'll be viewing... It's you. With him in a seated position, straddle him, then place his hands on your hips and lean all the way back.

Ambushing your guy turns you into a total sex vixen who can't get enough and makes him feel extremely wanted. When you're not expecting something, your senses are heightened, making it easier to enjoy every touch during a hookup.

Naughty move: Slip into the bathroom, and position yourself naked on the sink so he's surprised by the stunning scenery when he pulls aside the curtain. Then have him stand in front of you so you can wrap your legs around him.

Even naughtier move: Meet up for dinner after work. Wait until you've been seated, then tell him you forgot something in the car and will be right back. Once you get outside, text him that you need his help with something. When he comes out, pull him into the car and go at it (at the parking lot!). Having sex in a somewhat public place is exhilarating because you're worried about getting caught. Try the backseat.

Yoga for better sex

Great sex is a terrific mind-body experience- as is yoga. Yoga not only relieves stress-one of the drive dampeners-but also improves flexibility, increases blood flow, strengthens your lower abdomen and fills you with energy that help steam things up in the bedroom.

Try these yoga poses for better sex.

Poorna Halasana

With the help of your palms, raise your hips up and bring your toes above your head, without bending your knees. Now interlock your fingers with each other, stretch your arms together and hold the position. Breathe normally while in this position, keeping the neck and face muscles relaxed. Come back to the original position in reverse order.

How it helps: This asana is known to sublimate sexual energies by strengthening the pelvic area. It alleviates menstruation discomfort, and claims to remedy certain sexual disorders.

Padmasana
Sit on the floor and stretch your legs forward. Place your palms onto the sides of your body. Now, hold the sole of your right foot and place it on your left thigh; repeat with the left foot. Keeping your back straight, place your palms on your knees in gyan mudra. Close your eyes slowly and breathe normally. Hold for some time and return to original position.

How it helps: This asana stimulates the pelvis, spine, abdomen and bladder.

Dhanurasana

Lower your buttocks, release your hands slowly and bring your legs down without raising your head.

How it helps:
This asana is believed to cure premature ejaculation and loss of desire.

3 risky sex moves to avoid

Doing oral sex with a guy without knowing his history
Cold sores and genital herpes are caused by the same incurable virus. If your man has a sore on his mouth, he can pass the virus to any area where his lips touch your skin. But he can also spread herpes even if he doesn't have a visible sore.

You might think you're protecting yourself because bacterial STDs, such as chlamydia and gonorrhea, live in semen and if your partner doesn't ejaculate, he won't spread these to you if he's infected. Problem is, the bacteria that cause these diseases also thrive in pre-ejaculate. So even if he doesn't reach orgasm, the bacteria can invade your system. Also, since herpes and human papillomavirus (HPV), which can cause genital warts and potentially lead to cervical cancer, are transmitted via skin contact, you can become infected just by his privates touching yours.

The one to worry about here is HPV. If your man has an HPV-related wart on his hand and then touches you below the belt, you could catch this viral STD.

Alcohol pushing teenagers to risky sex

Teenagers' drinking habits are making them indulge in sex beyond their desire, causing an epidemic of risky sex, doctors in Britain have warned.
According to the Royal College of Physicians, many youngsters admit going "further than intended" once they are drunk. It also states that excessive drinking and sex was a "cocktail" for teenage pregnancies and infections, the Daily Mail quoted the college as stating in a report.

The college, originally founded in 1518 , has urged the general practitioners (GPs) and nurses to enquire teenagers about their drinking habits when they turn up to sexual health clinics for contraception or the morning-after pill.

One million teenagers attend sexual health clinics annually to get free contraception, the morning-after pill or to undergo tests and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, the college stated.

The organisation has highlighted research showing that a fifth of 14 and 15-year-old girls said they did more sexually than they wanted to while drunk. And more than 80 percent of 16 to 30-year-olds said they drank before sexual activity.

The college said this provides doctors and nurses with a key opportunity to find out about youngsters' drinking habits and warn them about the dangers of going overboard.

Male chromosome is not doomed

Theories that the male Y chromosome could become extinct within five million years may have been greatly exaggerated, scientists have claimed.

Previous research has suggested the male Y chromosome -- the biological keeper of all things male -- is shrinking and could disappear altogether within the next five million years.

But, studying on rhesus macaque monkeys, researchers at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at MIT found that while male DNA was lost at first, the rate of reduction tailed off, the Daily Telegraph reported.

The findings, published in the journal Nature, would put an end to the theories that men are facing extinction because the Y chromosome was dying out is well wide of the mark, the researchers said.

The theory, known as the "rotting Y theory", had claimed that three hundred million years ago the Y chromosome had about 1,400 genes, but now it has only 45.

The study looked at the evolution of genes in the rhesus monkey and found it kept just three per cent of its ancestral "autosome" or non-sex chromosome. Older regions, or strata, of the chromosome have not lost any genes in the past 25 million years, the researchers found.

"For the past 10 years the one dominant storyline in public discourse about the Y is it's disappearing," Prof David Page, a biologist who led the study, said.

Prof Page said: "Putting aside the question of whether this ever had a sound scientific basis the story went viral fast and has stayed viral.

"I cannot give a talk without being asked about the disappearing Y. This idea has been so pervasive it has kept us from moving on to address the really important questions about the Y."

"The Y was in free fall early on and genes were lost at an incredibly rapid rate. But then it levelled off? and it's been doing just fine since."

The researchers said the evolution of the Y chromosome was characterised by a period of swift decay followed by strict conservation.

Lab researcher Jennifer Hughes, whose earlier work revealed a stable human Y for at least six million years, said: "We've been carefully developing this clear-cut way of demystifying the evolution of the Y chromosome.

"Now our empirical data fly in the face of the other theories out there. With no loss of genes on the rhesus Y and one gene lost on the human Y it's clear the Y isn't going anywhere."

"This paper simply destroys the idea of the disappearing Y chromosome. I challenge anyone to argue when confronted with this data," added Prof Page.

Secrets most men keep from women

All of us have secrets, but men may especially make an effort to not let us in on all that goes on in their life and pigeon-hole their worries from us. Here's the low-down on what he's most likely to hide from you.

When he's in pain According to a 2001 report released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), men are half as likely as women to go to the doctor for preventive-care visits. And additional evidence shows that even when they sense that something might be wrong with them, fear and embarrassment often stop them from seeking medical attention.

A 2007 Harris Interactive poll found that 92 percent of men wait at least a few days to see if they feel better first. Unfortunately, nearly 30 percent of men take procrastination to the extreme, waiting "as long as possible" before seeking treatment.

When he doesn't like the way he looks
A quarter of the male population in the United States is on a diet at any given time. And of the eight million Americans who suffer from eating and body-image disorders, one million of them are men, according to the CDC. Another growing concern among health professionals: the increase in incidences of muscle dysmorphia, in which a person is consumed by the fear of having a petite, underdeveloped build and therefore compensates by exercising excessively or taking muscle enhancers such as steroids.

When he is scared
A Dutch study conducted in 2005 found that in the face of a fear-inducing scenario, men reacted less emotionally than women did. When feelings of fear get out of control, as it does in an anxiety disorder such as social phobia, guys may be more likely to self-medicate with alcohol or drugs.

When he's depressed
According to statistics, almost six million American men suffer from a depressive disorder. Experts claim that guys are usually more willing to admit symptoms of fatigue and loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed than they are to acknowledge feelings of sadness or guilt.

Sex, spies and secrets

The Indian Army officer who fell into a honey trap in Dhaka did the only thing that you should do under the circumstances: He told a superior officer what had happened. He may suffer embarrassment and a pothole in his career, but he can sleep in peace knowing that he did not betray his country and do jail time for doing so.

Honey traps, the intelligence parlance for seducing and then blackmailing a target into working for you, are probably as old as sex. It was sex that persuaded the Israelite Samson to reveal to Palestinian Delilah that his long hair was the secret of his supernatural strength.
Sex and seduction have been used in espionage ever since. Few will deny that the overpowering allure of sex can make you lose your mind, and this is what a crafty intelligence handler will employ. It also happens to be easier to set up. Indians, being relatively more inhibited about sex than many other people make good targets and there have been numerous instances of Indian officials falling for the honey trap. There is the story of how a young diplomat fell for a ballerina in Russia in the 1950s. But when the KGB approached him to work for them, he laughed at their face. He then took a flight to New Delhi and confessed all to Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru who let him off with a caution. The man later rose to the highest offices in the land.

Other stories did not work out so well. K. V. Unnikrishnan of Research & Analysis Wing fell for a Pan Am airhostess who turned out to be a US intelligence agent. In the 1990s, there was the story of our Naval attache in Islamabad who was honey trapped by a nurse in Karachi and pressed to work for the ISI. He came back to India and tried to convince the authorities here that he had recruited the nurse to work for India. But on interrogation, he broke down and confessed.

Since there was no evidence that he actually passed information to the ISI, he was dismissed from service and not jailed. There have been other serious instances of honey trapped individuals who were spared punishment because there was simply not enough evidence for conviction. The most notorious one is that of an IB officer who would have become the chief of the organisation had he not been detected- by the IB itself- in an undisclosed relationship with an American agent.

The best known recent example was the systematic manner in which the East German secret service under Markus Wolff used young men to seduce middle- aged West German secretaries working for senior officials. In this way they harvested a huge amount of intelligence.

Wolf was to write in his autobiography, "When it began, I had no idea of the harvest it would bring." Such was their power that one secretary refused to believe that she had been honey-trapped, declaring " He did really love me." No doubt the Americans, too, used honey traps to get at East Bloc secrets, but we know more about the latter's use of the technique because they lost the Cold War and their secrets are there for all to see.

The most worrisome aspect of honey traps for India is its extensive use by the Chinese intelligence. There have been several instances of Indian officials - of R& AW and the Indian Foreign Service - who have been trapped in China.

In 2009, the British counterintelligence service, MI5 distributed a 14- page booklet to various British banks and businesses entitled "The Threat from Chinese Espionage" which spoke of an extensive Chinese effort to trap people through long- term sexual relationships.

Some time back, an aide of the then prime minister of UK, Gordon Brown who was picked up by a Chinese woman at a disco and the next morning found that his official Blackberry was missing.

But the case that has made waves in UK in recent times is that of the 26 year old Russian girl Katia Zatuliveter who had an affair with a 65- year old Liberal Democratic MP Mike Hancock who happens to be in the Defence Committee of the British Parliament and worked in his office as a researcher. The British counter- intelligence service MI5 wanted to deport her from UK, but she filed a case with the Special Immigration Appeals Commission which upheld her case last month.

President of SIAC Mr Justice Mitting said, "Nothing in the material which we have analysed suggests, let alone demonstrates, that the appellant exploited her relationships for the purposes of the Russian state." The panel actually said that her relationship with the MP had been "enduring and genuine". This is the problem with honey traps in the modern world. Sexual relationships are relatively free, and the issue really is not so much about being trapped, which can happen to the most discreet person, but whether or not you then do the bidding of the foreign power.

It is obvious that if you are a diplomat, intelligence officer or a military officer you are a prime target in a foreign country. You must employ your commonsense when entering into relationships.

It is not all that difficult.
