RajKumar Santoshi was recently at the Bachchan house for a visit, and the rumor has it that he was there to collect the 50 Lack signing money that he has given earlier to Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai for the film he has signed with them before Aishwarya's pregnancy news came out.
When the filmmakers resort to extreme ways to collect their money back, Rajkumar Santoshi knew that all he has to do was to go and ask and Bachchan's being the most respected family will not return him empty handed. A source has revealed that the Bachchan's were not impressed by Santoshi's visit but Abhishek being a gentleman was quick to return the money.
When the news of Aishwarya's pregnancy came out Rajkumar Santoshi had earlier said in a statement "The fact that Aishwarya and Abhishek are going to be parents is far more important than my film. The role will no longer suit her." Obviously Santoshi was waiting for the dust to settle before he could collect his money back.
