Actress Amala Paul seems to be on a high. The actress, who shot to fame with her role in the acclaimed 'Mynaa' has apparently landed a role in Tollywood producer Dil Raju's film with Venkatesh 'Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', that too as the leading lady.
Sources say the film, which has Mahesh Babu playing the role of Venkatesh's brother, did not take off because the girl playing his wife will also have to play the Dookudu hero's sister-in-law. Hence, it is said top actresses like Anushka walked out of the project.
The latest heard is that Amala Paul stands the best chance to bag the role after being asked to go for a makeover test, just to see if she fits the role.
